Join us to help Ash
fight for justice

Fight with us for justice, for love, and for the right to be together

Ash Podsiad-Sharp

is a political prisoner in England who was unjustly sentenced to 8 years in prison plus 5 years on licence
for possessing one document
he had not read and was unaware of its possession.
This sentence is the harshest in England for such a minor offense, especially considering Ash had no prior criminal record.

Consequently, Ash is now labelled a TACT (Terrorism Act) Offender, which has led to various unjust consequences. From the beginning of his imprisonment, Ash has been subjected to unfair restrictions that are either based on very weak grounds or have no basis at all.

Heartbreaking Developments

In January of this year, a deeply unjust restriction was imposed on Ash. He was labeled a PPRC (Person Posing Risk to Children), and for nearly six months, Ash was cruelly denied any contact with his two beloved daughters, aged 1 and 3. This unfounded accusation shattered Ash, and he immediately began to fight back against the prison authorities. His first step was to demand access to the so-called evidence that had led to this decision, in order to begin the appeal process.

After four agonizing months of battling for his basic right to see the evidence against him, Ash finally submitted his appeal. At the same time, he lodged a detailed report with the anti-corruption department, urgently requesting an investigation into the injustice of his case.

Thanks to weeks of relentless effort, and with the tremendous support from those who sent countless letters to the Governor, the unjust restriction was finally lifted!

As if this weren’t enough, Ash was recently dealt another crushing blow:
his right to appeal was denied!

Now, his legal team is preparing to present his case before a panel of three judges, arguing that Ash deserves the chance to appeal more than anyone else. We are still awaiting a date for this crucial hearing.

A Plea for Help

We have already proven that together, we can achieve great things and make a positive change in Ash and his family’s life.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Now we need your help in fighting for Ash’s right to appeal. Ash has been handed a verdict that is not only unfounded, but deeply unfair, and it is crucial that we act now.

The Minister for Prison and Probation must hear our collective voice. The decision to take away Ash’s freedom was not based on solid evidence, but rather on personal, subjective feelings. This is not justice, and it should not be allowed under any circumstances.

Ash deserves the chance to appeal, to have their case properly reviewed. We cannot stand by and allow a life to be torn apart unjustly. Now is the time to come together, to fight for life, for freedom, and for justice.

Please stand with us. Let your voice be heard. Together, we can make this right.

May God bless you all.

These things I command you, that you love one another.
If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world,
the world would love its own.
Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

Remember the word that I said to you,
‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you.
If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.’
